Alec got a new guitar. It is a 7 string washurn electric. apparently 6 strings are not enough now! he is quite musician. he works constantly on new riffs, chords, and new songs in his little studio. lindsey was chosen to represent mayo high school at the big 9 music festival yesterday. she was one of 12 from mayo chosen for the choir. this is a 75 year old tradition for the largest schools in southern mn to get together for a music festival. they had guest conductors for all three venues, orchestra, choir and band. all three were superb! although the quality pictures stink, lindsey is in the front row of the choir in a green and gold robe. we are very proud of both our kids!
